Rise + Shine wasn't born from a business plan. It was born from a simple frustration: Ramona had coffee, but it didn't have coffee. So we bought an old espresso machine, learned the craft the hard way, and decided that if we were going to serve a cup, it would be worth the wait.
Three years later, we're still doing the same thing — sourcing single-origin beans, baking from scratch, and treating every regular like they walked in for the first time. Main Street may have changed, but our standard hasn't.
